You may find her familiar, as she is now in the Top 20 of Channel 5's The Final One! Dubbed as the brightest young jazz star on the local Jazz scene, Meryl’s striking presence and soaring vocals has earned her a spot as the lead vocalist of the Singapore Jazz Orchestra, and Esplanade’s Jazz mentorship Bright Young Things Program under the annual Mosaic Music Festival.

She has studied under 2 time grammy nominee Tierney Sutton and other jazz greats. Meryl’s powerhouse vocals shine on emotional ballads, while her abilities to swing and scat allow her to take on high octane bebop and swing tunes.

Meryl also interprets English and Mandarin Pop songs effortlessly and has been invited to perform for the President of Singapore, and for Singapore’s Fashion Season @ Orchard amongst many other events.

Meryl recently recorded her debut modern jazz album with her band, OffTheCuff.
