Ariel
Ariel is a local songstress who has impressed crowds with her euphonic and crystal-
clear vocals, and is proud of her mix of East-West musical influences.
Her performing talents were first discovered through Ocean Butterflies’ singer development programme in 2007, when she was tutored by local star-maker Billy Koh. Ariel was later selected as one of the top 40 finalists of Mediacorp’s “Live The Dream”, a reality TV talent show. She was subsequently mentored by Singapore-based American jazz artiste Richard Jackson and has since made waves in the local scene with her polished musicality, performing at various venues alongside local artistes such as Singapore Idol Mathilda d’Silva.
Hugely versatile and creative, Ariel possesses an impressive repertoire of English pop,
jazz, rhythm and blues and Chinese/Cantonese/Japanese pop.
